The School of Law Annual Lecture:  Given by Professor Michael Schmitt, Professor of International Law at the University of Reading, Visiting Research Professor at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, and Professor Emeritus at the United States Naval War College:  Professor Schmitt will speak on ‘The Trump Administration and the Use of Force: An International Law Report Card.’
