The Women’s Springboard Network Summer Workshop

Event Time : Tuesday 17th June 12.00 - 3.00pm

The Women’s Springboard Network invite you to join them for lunch followed by an afternoon with the inspirational Chris Cross (Women’s Springboard Programme facilitator)

This workshop will give you some time to ‘reflect on where you are in life and where you would like to be’, as well as the chance to catch up with colleagues.

Using the river as a metaphor for our life journey we will explore: 

• the journey so far

• themes of change and flow

• your strengths and your challenges

• what boosts your confidence and what holds you back

• how you will choose to move forward
