The Womens Springboard Network in collaboration with People Development

The Women’s Springboard Network welcomes Lisa Costello from People Development who will be running an informative and interactive session on ‘Working Through Change’

This session focuses on how individuals and teams respond to change and how we can support ourselves and each other to transition through, and embrace, change. During the session, participants will become familiar with some models of change that explain what individuals may experience when moving through change and, consequently, learn to appreciate why change can be difficult for people.

There will be an opportunity to work in groups to discuss our own experiences of change and discuss what behaviours can support positive experiences.

The aim of this session is:

• To have an awareness of the stages individuals go through when experiencing change
• To appreciate why change can be difficult for people
• Identify ways to transition smoothly through change
