Description
This pack contains 100 mL of each of four enzymes used in processing fruit (AMG, Termamyl®, Celluclast®, and Novoshape®), plus two bottles of Pectinex®, which can be used for increasing the yield of juice or for peeling citrus fruit.
The pack also includes a copy of ‘In a jam and out of juice’, a 20-page, full-colour booklet of background information and ideas for practical investigations.
