‘Building assertiveness skills to approach challenging situations and conversations with improved confidence’

The Women’s Springboard Network are delighted to announce that Lisa Costello and Gemma Ward from People Development will be running an interactive, in-person workshop for our Network on 15th October.  The session will focus on techniques for building assertiveness skills in order to approach challenging situations and conversations with improved confidence.  It will be a practical session with real life scenarios and lots of discussion.
